Laser cutting with the latest technology.

As part of our laser cutting services, we offer our customers to cut different shapes from sheet metal according to their specifications. CO2 technology, which we can use with the modern Trumph machine, allows us to cut sheet metal of considerable thickness. Other machines in our machine park, such as the Fiber laser, enable us to produce identical components with extremely high precision. This is one of the fastest and most precise methods of cutting sheet metal.

Galvanizing service

Galvanizing process with the highest standards

To meet the expectations and needs of customers, in 2006 we built a new hot-dip galvanizing plant meeting all European standards, as well as EN ISO 1461 standards.

Hot-dip galvanizing is undoubtedly the most effective method of protection against corrosion, which guarantees long-term use of steel products without the risk of damage caused by corrosion.

We use modern and precise methods in the production process

The process of hot-dip galvanizing is based on immersion of previously prepared steel elements in liquid zinc. Thanks to the so-called zinc bath, we are sure that all elements of a given steel product will be protected – including all corners, sharp angles and other hard-to-reach places.

Hot-dip galvanizing is an ideal method of protection against corrosion of both decorative and functional elements. It is characterized by exceptional resistance and resistance to all kinds of friction and impact.

Advantages of hot-dip galvanizing

Hot-dip galvanizing guarantees a low initial cost compared to other methods of corrosion protection:

• guarantees long-term use of steel products;
• This technique does not require any additional preparation of materials such as painting or inspection;
• Hot-dip galvanizing provides complete protection for all parts of the material, including corners, sharp angles and inaccessible spaces;
• The final product can be 100% recycled, which requires less energy than other techniques.
